About Me

Ever since I was young, I knew I wanted to get into a career path that would make a difference in people’s lives. This interest led me to study counselling. I am a fully qualified BACP counsellor working both privately and within a suicide bereavement agency. I also have experience working with cancer patients and their relatives who are going through difficult times.

I am committed to the well-being of all my clients and their needs while dealing with circumstances that are unique to their lives.  I provide short-term and long-term counselling to help you process difficult feelings, feel heard and supported so that you can re-discover your identity, creativity and start moving forward with your life.

I work in an integrative way.  This means that I draw on various therapeutic approaches and strategies in order to adapt to you as an individual while working with depression, hopelessness, anxiety, fear and the following issues.
