Sometimes life throws experiences and feelings our way that we did not expect. We may feel overwhelmed, anxious, lost, stuck and unclear about what we want from our life. Or feelings of guilt, anger & grief can become unbearable.
Counselling can allow us to view ourselves in a more constructive way, make different choices for ourselves and recognise the origin of our thoughts and feelings. It offers us the space to explore past difficulties and uncomfortable feelings which are impacting on us and on our mood.
Therapy is a process of growth and self-discovery. I promote transformation and I have the tools and experience to help you get back on track.

help you make sense of things and understand yourself better
help you resolve complicated feelings, or find ways to live with them
